Rain... Heavy lead clouds close the sky... The wind plays with hair from an open window... And there is sad...
I have passed exams so at me has appeared a few free time that update bbFooman. I hope, that all this still is necessary to someone...

Here changes in new version:
1.1 2007-08-29

(!) Callback functionality added to foo_control plugin. Now bbFooman is eating
minimum system resources!
(+) Two new @broams added:
@bbFooman.PlayTrack X - start X track in active playlist
@bbFooman.ShowPlaylist - show playlist as menu
(thanks to ysuke <zb2_460@yahoo.co.jp> whose code I use as sample)
(+) Now bbFooman can display track image (see AlbumArt options in bbFooman.rc)
(^) Add, Open & AddDir dialogs are be shown at the top of screen
(^) Fixed memory overflow error (thanks to Tamplier <au89@mail.ru> for bugreport)
(^) I rethinked how must work @bbFooman.Play & @bbFooman.Play_Pause:
@bbFooman.Play continue play if paused before
@bbFooman.Play_Pause not start playing track if not paused
(^) Some other small code changes in bbFooman & foo_control

I tested it with foobar 2000 v0.9.4.3 final...

- Tracktitel doesn't work for me
- Albumart doesn't work for me (the NoImage-Option too)
- Seekbar has a weird behavior ... it seems that it is length based, not percent based ... clicking near the end of the seekbar = on short tracks (test with 1 min) jumps directly to the next track, on long tracks (test with 12 min) jumps to an position in the track (ca. 1/3 of length)

A few things:

1. Track title worked for me only if I used "Label1" as the control name. If I tried to customize the name of the control for the tooltip, I got no title, even if I specified it in the config file.
2. When foobar is not running junk is displayed in the track title.
3. When you hit stop, the track title shows the first entry in the playlist rather than continuing to show what was just playing.

Those however are fairly minor quibbles. I still use it as the ability to use keyboard shortcuts more than makes up for it! =D>

Does track folder contain non-English simbols? BBInterface is't display images in so folders. I wrote about it in BBI topic.

I test it on 13 second track. It work good.

same thing aboout track title. it reads "iron maiden - .."
the connfig in rc file is ok
i changed the name to test... same thing...
is it supposed to be a static text?
foobar version is 0.9.4.3 (could be that?)

Now testing again with the Stomp AlbumArt above is working ... forget what I said in the other thread ahahah.
Only that the CoverArt is displaying too small, you need to adjust every cover.
I do this:
- I unzip all the folder Stomp into folder BBInterface.
- Then I edited bbFoomanInt.rc, any appearance of references to the images inside the folder I changed to Stomp\....bmp or png. At the end of the .rc there is two paths that you have to change to the path where is your foobar2000.exe.
- Then I go to control+right click the opened bbInterface I have, to the menu that appears: Configuration -> Edit Modules -> Add module , browse to the folder Stomp and load bbFoomanInt.rc and voilá ? !

my config for bbFooman, simple, no graphics, I have loaded both, bbMuse (for the transparent title above bbLeanBar) & bbFooman (for the CoverArt), no problem:

Did you have any problems with it?

I just downloaded it from xoblite.net/plugins, my version is the current version: bbFooman_v1.1.7z.
Did you put foo_control in the components folder of foobar2000? Is what I think could be the problem of not working. I am using bbInterfaceMod-iTunes.

You have to specify in the bbFooman.rc the name of frame that will receive the CoverArt, in my case AlbumArt. CoverArt is the name of the module and the base frame and AlbumArt is the name of the frame that shows the CoverArts. You need to edit the path to foobar2000.

You can copy the bbFooman.rc (place it in the bbFooman folder) and the AlbumArt.rc (place it in the bbInterface folder), unload bbFooman and bbInterface before this, then load them again, and in the menu that appears when you control+right click a frame of bbInterface: Configuration -> Edit Modules -> Add module -> browse to CoverArt.rc and load it as a module. It should appears.
