You mean like loading 32bpp PNG files for example? Hm. Could be doable. The project is not stopped :) I just haven't received any bug reports or suggestions regarding it in a while, so I made the assumption that it is in fact working as intended :D

I can look into the 32bpp support :)

Cheers,
Christopher

I need to check... Aren't quite a few of those options available in the options for the latest version? I have a vague memory of that :D If they are not i will look into implementing those as soon as poss.

Holy crap. You're indeed right! The font option is in my 0.1.6 development version :D

Uploading it here, but im not changing the main download link in post 1 since there is a slight chance this blows up in your face. Let me know if there are any weird crashes or stuff, okay? I just did a compile of it (which went smooth) but there might be some lose ends in there.

Gonna have a look at it later tonite, have to run out for a bit... But play around with it and tell me what you think :)

Cheers,
Christopher

Hi...

i have tested your bbDesktopIcons 0.1.6 and here are my results

changing font family: OK
changing font color: OK
changing font size: OK
changing font style: not OK (always normal and not saved to XML)
color dialog can't expanded
some fonts have fragments of #ff00ff background's based on cleartype rendering

but this build is a very good base for an 0.2 version

The what? o.O do a Ctrl-C on the error message and paste it here... :) Also, how fare do you get? Can you validate that you have Microsoft XML 2.0 installed?

Post Re: bbDesktopIcons
1.16 won't work for me. If I try to add an icon it crashes with a "run-time error '380': invalid property value."

The older version still works.

[edit]

Working now

I can only display icons that reside in an exe. Can't use custom icon files. Also, some icons show magic pink.
