Actually I and many others have the source code.. The project is and always will be open source. It is maintainable, there has just not been a lot of interest shown in the project and so it's where it is.

I have a svn repo for it, I think it's up to date, need to check though
As far as available, depends on your definition. Per Brandon Sneed (the original developer) the core source is not distributed [ie. the svn is read protected] to keep the code clean and in one place. If you are interested in reviving the project, I could possibly get you access. Most FOSS does not distribute the source and binary in the same package anyway.

DDE problem for bluebox on Vista DDE was phased out altogether in M$ Vista. Like bb4win, bluebox will load - but with 0.1% functionality == reviving the project = major overhaul.

Re: bluebox 0.56d When sizer.exe is running or winroll.exe is running or both is opened
then bluebox menu is hiden or kicked down. Not possible right click of menu! When I shutdown the (sizer.exe + winroll.exe) bluebox's menu working cool again! Both sizer and winroll is explorer-ware tools programs present allways in background. http://www.palma.com.au/winroll/ WinRoll may be good replased with box API and mustn't need... But Sizer need for me!  ..and (fasm) WinRoll I use very long time and it's work quickly for all! Now I stay before shoice bluebox vs blackbox  hmm! fluxbox - is as well brandname, why blue? _________________ rundll32.dll |

Re: bluebox 0.56d Sounds like an issue in Winroll or Sizer where they aren't properly passing the mouse hook messages. If I get a moment I'll take a look.
