Post BBLogView
Quote:
This blackbox for windows plugin displays a user defined file and
automatically reloads it in user defined intervals. To be exact, the file is
read only if it has changed since the last time it was read. Also, since
logfiles can get pretty large, bbLogView reads a chunk from the end of the
file. The size of the chunk (readBuffer) is user defined.

Post Re: BBLogView
I've been experimenting with multiple instances of this plugin and it doesn't seem to work--no matter how I rename files they seem to draw on the same .rc file. I would like to put in a request with the developer UnkHz (or someone who knows how) to make it possible to use multiple instances of this great plugin.

Thank you for considering it! :D

Post Re: BBLogView
Sorry for not replying sooner, but here goes.

The best practice for having multiple instances of bbLogView or the original bbMemo plugin is to create one directory for each instance. So if you need a new logviewer just duplicate the plugins\bblogview directory to something like plugins\bblogview2 and add the plugins\bblogview2\bblogview.dll in blackbox.

The plugin just reads bblogview.rc from the directory where bblogview.dll is located, so just renaming the .rc file won't do the trick.
