My mother tongue is Mauritian creole (I'm from the republic of Mauritius) I fluently speak french and i write it fairly and as for English...well you can see for yourself...but speaking it i'm afraid you'll need a translator.

I was born nearby to Valencia, Spain, in 1948 ... but, have since, traveled the world over.
Have been living and working in the US since 1997.

Hence, I am fluent in both, English and Spanish (and enough of several other languages to get me in trouble)

I moderate Forums in both languages and, in my spare-time, work for a major hospital as a Medical Interpreter for Spanish.
Also, volunteer and run a local literacy group, teaching Conversational Spanish for English-speakers.

Greek is my native language, of course, but I've worked with English since I was 8 and, among other things, I've worked as a translator. But there are other Greek-speaking BB users around, perhaps the most prominent being freeb0rn. Not sure if he is one of the four voting for Greek, though

my native language is dutch but almost everything I do is english so i can understand it well.
I also think I can speak it rather good. writing might be the worst part cuz I'm not that good in knowing every grammar thing for example.
so because of that, my english may be a bit odd sometimes .

I'm from Bulgaria (Europe) so my native language is Bulgarian. I read/write/speak English well but I still have much to learn
