Reshacker is your best bet. That or a shell patch.

There's the Tango Patcher, which replaces everything with Tango icons.

That's the one I use: "Super Turbo Tango Patcher", gives a gnomeish look to my system icons, is more beautiful then the Windows XP icons.

i think i need a shell patch, i use bblean as my default shell, i want to replace the default windows icons in windows explorer with this icons :arrow: http://mattahan.deviantart.com/art/GANT-3-15364715

There's Madonote which is quite a neat little application (free) but I haven't got it to work with blackbox yet.

Anymore of that patcher type around? (dark icons preferred) As i am using Swedish XP I cant just use shell32.dll replacements.
