Thanks for the quick upload.. Made me find out, that hybrid fonts aren't my cup of tea (the international user flavour), because the non-english letters (like ä, å and ö in Finnish) get thrown away. Maybe someday, when blackbox goes unicode..

That's some other Tahoma than the default windows one, right? Is it optimized for cleartype or something? It seems to get messy at small sizes like 11 (blackbox). On my non-cleartype screen , that is. Just wondering, because the default windows Tahoma doesn't do that.

That's enough complaining for one day... :) Kick's windows Tahoma's ass at big sizes.

it's the default winxp tahoma. And from what I recall, it was stated that adding unicode features to blackbox would be a rather large task, so, I don't think that feature will be added anytime soon.

It's really a shame though, I could have more room for iconized fonts.. ;)

That's odd. I remember using this small sizes with tahoma back when I had winxp (now win2k) with no problems. Don't know what's wrong but it seems my computer draws this font correctly only at some sizes. Kind of like what happens with bitmap fonts. Probably just some weird windows 'feature'..

Would take a while to fill all that room, but it would be a fun goal.. :)

more then likely MS or who ever designed it used a different editor. This is the exact Tahoma font. But they look fine on my machine although I don't use the sizes you do. I would suggest grabbing a font editor and see if you can fix those sizes, not sure which one's the original desinger used but, that's the only solution I can think of.

cant you open up the fonts in a hex editor to find the string with the name of the prog? Most programs leave a watermark like that. Thank you Leo Laporte.

hmm, I've never tried that with fonts before. I would image there would be some sort of watermark since it's concidered a graphic and would need it for some sort of copyrite.
