I used to use a program called Wallpaper Juggler with Windows XP. Juggler HomepageWindows 7 will automatically do most of what this app offers. hope that helps I used to use a program called Wallpaper Juggler with Windows XP.

Wallpaper changer plugin or program (not a style changer)
I am looking for a program or a plugin that will change the wallpaper on my desktop. I am presently using Webshots and would like to move away from that program to something lighter (if possible).
I do not want a style changer, only something that will change my desktop background.
Ideally, it would be configurable to some extent to I can control the position of the wallpaper as well as the scaling.
