Can you have bbwin list the output of $startmenu$

Can you have bbwin list the output of $startmenu$

I want it to list what is replaced by the $startmenu$ so i can make my new menu by copy and paste and maybe a little later ill write a little proggie that will make it easier for the creation of menus... Maybe like a drag and drop type deal...
